How to Cope with Female Hair Loss

1:1 Hair loss coaching is suited for those with hair loss, particularly women who have to navigate much higher (and deeply unfair) standards of beauty

Hair loss coaching is an inside-out approach to help cope with female hair loss. Rather than focusing on external solutions, we will uncover thought, feeling and behavior patterns that are leaving you feeling stuck. The goal being that you no longer feel held back by hair loss and can live your most expansive life, no matter how much hair you have. Along this journey, we may discover you want to try external solutions such as wigs or treatment OR maybe you already use these things, but no longer want to feel like you are hiding behind them. Through hair loss coaching, you will lean into your authentic self and make decisions for your own values, rather than feeling pressured by societal standards.

Some things you may consider 1:1 hair loss coaching for…

  • Overcoming social anxiety related to hair loss

  • Feel more comfortable wearing wigs or desiring to stop wearing wigs

  • Finding your unique version of acceptance and confidence

  • Moving through the grief of hair loss

  • Redefining what beauty means to you

or any other roadblocks hair loss is causing in your life!
